Thiel College Athletics

The purpose of the Thiel College Athletic Hall of Fame is to recognize those individuals or teams who have brought distinction, honor and excellence to Thiel College in the field of athletic endeavor.  Athletes, teams or coaches may be nominated for induction.  Managers, trainers and others associated with Thiel athletics are eligible for a Meritorious Service and Commitment Award.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
An athlete must have earned two letters in one sport or one letter in two or more sports. The athlete will not be considered until 10 years after his or her graduation date from Thiel College. The nominee must have received an undergraduate degree from Thiel College or demonstrate extenuating circumstances that prevented degree completion. All nominees with extenuating circumstances will be reviewed by the Selection Committee. A coach or athletic administrator must have retired from coaching or left the college. A team may be selected at any time, beginning 10 years after the season for which it is being recognized. All nomination materials must be received 30 days prior to the yearly Selection Committee meeting, which is currently being held in May. Materials received late will be considered the following year. The final day to submit nominations for consideration for induction in 2025 is Monday, April 21, 2025.
