• All Thiel College Student-Athletes who are approached regarding an NIL opportunity must report it to the Thiel College Athletics Compliance Office within SEVEN (7) days of first contact.
• Thiel College is NOT responsible for education regarding Pennsylvania State Law involving NIL. 
• All NIL opportunities in which a student-athlete wants to use Thiel College logos, branding, etc, MUST have the written consent from the Thiel College Office of Marketing and Communications.
