Any Thiel College student-athlete who is approached regarding a name, image and likeness opportunity must report the opportunity to the Thiel College Athletics Compliance Office within seven days of first contact.

Thiel College is not responsible for providing education regarding Pennsylvania state law involving name, image and likeness activities.
