Clyde Morgan was a four-year letter winner and three-year captain with the track & field and football programs. Morgan helped the Tomcats win 1996 and 1998 PAC Track & Field team championships, while becoming the first to win individual conference titles in the 110-meter hurdles three years in a row. Morgan provisionally qualified for the Division III Outdoor Track & Field National Championship in the 400 hurdles in 1996 and finished his career with three All-PAC First Team selections. He was twice named an All-PAC Second Team defensive back and earned All-American Honorable Mention honors as kick returned in 1997. Following his senior season, he was selected the Most Valuable Player at the 2000 National All-Star Bowl.
