GREENVILLE, Pa . – A one out bases-loaded walk in the top of the 10th inning proved to be the game winning run as visiting Saint Vincent College dealt the Tomcats a 6-5 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) loss Sunday afternoon at Tomcat Park.

Bobby Hillier (Brook Park, Ohio/Midpark) went 6.1 innings but did not figure into the decision after giving up four runs on eight hits with eight strikeouts.
Cody Northcott (Cochranton, Pa./Cochranton), who replaced Hillier with one out in the seventh, suffered the loss after allowing two runs on two hits with five walks in 2.2 innings.
Ryan Dixon (Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair) collected his second three-hit game of the season, finishing 3-for-5 with a run scored.
Eric Steininger (West Leechburg, Pa./Leechburg) was the only other Tomcats to finish with multiple hits, going 2-for-5 with a RBI.
Jeremy Mains improved to 4-2 for Saint Vincent (18-10, 8-7 PAC) after giving up just one run on three hits in 3.0 innings in relief of starter Paul Kubeja.
The Bearcat's Zack Galasso went 2-for-5 with a double, a home run, three RBI and a run scored. AJ Kavinsky was 2-for-5 with a pair of doubles, two RBI and a run scored.
Galasso's two-run double in the sixth brought the Bearcats back to within one, 4-3. Kavinsky's RBI double in the seventh, followed by Galasso's leadoff home run in the eighth, saw Saint Vincent grab a 5-4 lead.
Steininger's RBI single in the 10th knotted the game at 5-5 forcing extras.
The Tomcats were forced to use three pitchers in the Bearcat 10th before the bases-load walk to Kavinsky scored Erik Fichter for the eventual game-winning run.
Thiel returns to PAC action on Tuesday, April 17 when it travels to Washington & Jefferson College for a 2 p.m. doubleheader.
