WASHINGTON, Pa. (April 26) -- The Thiel College men's outdoor track and field squad finished in second place with 205.5 total team points at Saturday's 2008 Presidents' Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by Washington & Jefferson College. Junior
Dorran Coley (Kingston, Jamaica/Kingston College) (Kingston, Jamaica/Kingston College) was named the PAC Men's Track MVP for the third-straight year, winning an unprecedented four individual titles. Freshman

Grove City College claimed the team title with 212.5 points, followed by Thiel (205.5), Washington & Jefferson (68), Bethany (50), Waynesburg (30) and Westminster (22).
Coley posted his third-straight conference championship in the 110-meter high hurdles, breaking his previous PAC record time of 14.75 with a time of 14.62 on Saturday. He also won the 100-meter dash (10.96), the 400-meter intermediate hurdles (54.30, provisionally qualifying for the Division III outdoor championships) and the long jump (23-1.25).
Jones moved into fifth place on the most up-to-date Division III qualifying heights with his winning jump of 6-10.25 in the high jump. He also finished second in the triple jump (43-4.25) and third in the 110 hurdles (15.15).
Sophomore Alex Eaton (Erie, Pa./Cathedral Prep.) (Erie/Cathedral Prep.) earned a pair of individual first-place finishes in the 200-meter dash (22.34) and the 400-meter dash (49.91). Eaton also captured the 2007 title in the 400. Senior Will Mills (Imperial/West Allegheny) (Imperial/West Allegheny) finished second in the 200 (22.46) and the 400 (50.03). Junior Josh Edwards (Mims, Fla./Titusville Astronaut) (Mims, Fla./Titusville Astronaut) posted a second-place finish in the pole vault (12-11.75).
Earning third-place finishes for the Tomcats were senior Antonio Quarterman (St. Petersburg, Fla./St. Petersburg) in the long jump (22-4.25), freshman Brandon Eck (Corry/Corry) (Corry/Corry) in the 800-meter run (1:58.14), freshman Josh Rodgers (Jersey Shore/Jersey Shore) in the javelin (167-4), sophomore Brendan Taylor (Girard, Pa./Girard) (Girard/Girard) in the triple jump (43-2.5), junior Alex Bue (Export/Kiski) in the high jump (6-0.34) and freshman Joe Ugino (Corry/Corry) (Corry/Corry) in the pole vault (12-11.75).
Thiel's 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay squads each set a new conference mark with the 4x100 finishing with a time of 42.01 and the 4x400 crossing with a time of 3:19.74. Members of the 4x100 relay were Taylor, Mills, Coley and junior Elliot Wreh-Wilson (Erie/General McLane) (Erie/General McLane).
