TRAFFORD, Pa. (Aug. 22) -- Three members of the Thiel College Women's Tennis team were named Players to Watch in the 2025 season by the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Friday morning.
Seniors
Mila Brdar (White Oak, Pa./McKeesport) and
Megan Harding (Sharon, Pa./Sharon) along with sophomore
Alivia Fallon (Mount Pleasant, Pa./M.T. Pleasant) made the list for the Blue and Gold.
Brdar and Harding each posted one victory last season in singles action. The due primarily paired together at No. 2 doubles and had a pair of victories in 2024, including a 6-3 triumph in Thiel's 4-3 PAC win at Waynesburg on Oct. 2.
Fallon enters her first year as a member of the Women's Tennis team in 2025.
The Tomcats were picked to finish ninth in the annual Preseason Coaches' Poll.
Allegheny was picked to win the conference with eight first-place votes and 64 points while Grove City was picked second with 55 points and one first-place mark. Franciscan slotted in at third with 48 points.
Washington and Jefferson (39 points) came in fourth, Saint Vincent (37) fifth, Westminster (31) sixth, Geneva (26) seventh, Waynesburg (13) eighth and Thiel ninth (11).
The Tomcats open the 2025 season Sept. 5 at Clarion for a 5 p.m. non-conference match.
