GREENVILLE, Pa. (June 26) -- Thiel College Director of Athletics Isaac Collins announced Friday that head men's and women's tennis coach Anthony Kobak has resigned his position to pursue other opportunities. Collins will serve as the interim head coach during the search process.

"We want to thank Anthony for his dedication and service to Thiel College and our men's and women's tennis programs," Collins said. "We appreciate the time and effort he invested in our student-athletes and wish him and his family nothing but success and happiness as they begin this next chapter. We are grateful for his contributions to Thiel Athletics and will immediately begin a national search for our next head coach."

Kobak served as the head coach of the Thiel men's and women's tennis programs since 2023. He guided the Tomcats through competition in the Presidents' Athletic Conference while fostering the academic, athletic and personal development of the program's student-athletes.

A national search for Thiel College's next head men's and women's tennis coach will begin immediately.
