TRAFFORD, Pa. (Aug. 21) -- The Thiel College Women's Volleyball team was picked to finish fourth in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) North Division in 2025, the league office announced Thursday in its annual Preseason Coaches Poll.

For the first time in conference history, PAC women's volleyball will be split into two divisions--North and South-- with everyone playing their divisional opponents twice and the members of the opposite division once.

Grove City was second with 51 points and one first-place tally while Westminster was picked third with 46 points and two first-place votes. Danielle Aulet (Lawrence, Kansas/Mineral Ridge), Arin DeLattre (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield) and Daisy Jenness (Pendleton, Ore./Pendleton) were all named Players to Watch by the PAC for the 2025 campaign.

Aulet, a fifth-year libero, enters the season fourth in Division III among active players and third in program history in digs (1,644). She is also second in Thiel history in digs per set (4.86) and ninth in aces (103).

An All-PAC First Team pick in 2021 and a Second-Team honoree in 2022, Aulet recorded the fourth most digs in a season in team history (586) in 2024 and averaged 5.63 digs per set, the third highest mark in a season in Tomcat history. She dug 44 balls versus Pitt Greensburg on Sept. 17, which is tied for fourth most in a match in team history.

DeLattre, a junior middle, was an All-PAC Second Team pick last season after garnering Honorable Mention status in 2023. She led the team and was fourth in the PAC in blocks with 88 (25 BS, 63 BA) last season. DeLattre also led the team and was 18th in the PAC in hitting percentage (.173) while totaling 219 kills, the third-highest on the team.

Jenness, a senior outside/opposite, made the All-PAC First Team last season after collecting All-PAC Honorable Mention laurels in 2023. She led the PAC in kills per set (4.10), which was the fourth most in a season in team history, last season.
