Box Score GREENSBURG, Pa. (Feb. 23) -- The Thiel College Men's Tennis team opened spring play with a 6-1 non-conference loss to Pitt Greensburg at the Greensburg Racquet Club. 

The Tomcats drop to 0-3 as the Bobcats rise to 1-3.

Nathaniel Udell (Meadowbrook, Pa./Abington) and Bret Vilage (North Huntingdon, Pa./Norwin) picked up a dominant 6-1 win at first doubles to open play. The Bobcats took a close 6-4 match at second doubles and won by default at third doubles.

Vilage logged a comfortable 6-3, 6-0 win at second singles for his second collegiate singles victory. 

Men's Tennis returns to action March 21 for a 4 p.m. conference showdown with Westminster from Tomcat Tennis Courts.
