WASHINGTON, Pa. – The Thiel College men's tennis team suffered a 9-0 loss Tuesday to Presidents' Athletic Conference foe Washington and Jefferson College.
 
Zach Kubec (Geneva, Ohio/Geneva) lost a close match at No. 1 singles (6-4, 2-6, 10-5) to Joshua St. Clair while Jon Fennick (New Castle, Pa./Neshannock ) lost at No. 3 singles to Greg Smith (6-1, 6-0).
 
The Tomcats (0-2) will be back in action Wednesday when they travel to Grove City to take on the Wolverines of Grove City College. The match is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m.
