BEREA, Ohio — The Tomcat men's tennis team dropped to 1-4 on the young season as they fell to the Yellow Jackets of Baldwin-Wallace College 9-0 on Saturday night in Berea, Ohio.
Richard Parks (Penn Hills, Pa./Penn Hills) was the Tomcat's top performer as he fell 6-2, 6-3 at number one singles to Yellow Jacket senior Alex Trzeciak. Parks then joined with fellow freshman
Collin McAndrew (Dayton, Ohio/General McLane) to take four sets in a 8-4 loss at number one doubles.
The Tomcats will be back in action today when they take on the Fighting Scots of Edinboro University. The contest in Edinboro, Pa. is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start time.
