GREENVILLE, Pa. (Aug. 28) -- The Thiel College Women's Soccer team enters the 2026 season with a fresh look under the leadership of newly-appointed Director of Soccer Zack Walters, who enters his seventh season as the Men's Soccer head coach and first as women's head coach
With a 27-player roster that features 12 newcomers, the Tomcats look to begin the rebuilding process, build a competitive foundation and make strides in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC).
Vital for the Cats this season will be two-time All-PAC pick Imogen deBlois (Hubbard, Ohio/Howland). She enters the season sixth in team history in goals (13) and tied for eighth in points (31) as she was named a Player to Watch by the PAC for the season.
Joining deBlois on the list is defender Ashley Ross (Springdale, Pa./Springdale). She appeared in and started 13 games last season and scored two goals, one against Chatham and one against Bethany. She logged 10 shots, including eight on goal.
Also figuring to play big roles are freshmen Brynn Houser (Harmony, Pa./Seneca Valley), Liz Scheeff (Olmsted Falls, Ohio/Olmsted Falls) and Natalie Sprague (Olmsted Falls, Ohio/Olmsted Falls).
