GREENVILLE, Pa. (May 14) -- Thiel College Football head coach Sam Bauman announced the Tomcats' 2026 schedule Thursday morning. The slate features five home games at Alumni Stadium at Stoeber Field, five road contests and eight games against Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) foes.

Thiel will open the season on Saturday, Sept. 5 with a non-conference road matchup against Alfred State before returning home for their 2026 home opener on Saturday, Sept. 12 against Adrian at 1 p.m.

PAC play begins on Saturday, Sept. 19 with a road trip to Bethany. Thiel closes out the month of September at home against Hiram on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 3 p.m. for Homecoming. The Tomcats took care of the Terriers 48-20 last season in the first meeting between the two sides since 1989.

The Tomcats begin October with a night game under the lights, hosting Allegheny on Saturday, Oct. 3 at 7. Thiel then travels to Saint Vincent on Saturday, Oct. 10 for a 1 p.m. kickoff. The Cats have taken each of the last two series meetings with the Bearcats.

Following a bye week on Oct. 17, the Tomcats return to Greenville to host Washington & Jefferson on Saturday, Oct. 24 at 1 p.m. The Tomcats will travel to Case Western Reserve the following week before hosting rival Westminster on Saturday, Nov. 7. Both contests will begin at 1 p.m.

The regular season concludes on Saturday, Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. with the return of the Mercer County Cup as the Tomcats head to rival Grove City in the 41st iteration of the Cup.
