LOUISVILLE, Ky. (March 3) -- Thiel College Men's Lacrosse player
Dom Baker (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Mechanicsburg) was named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division III Team of the Week late Tuesday evening.
Baker logged 18 ground balls and caused eight turnovers last week as Thiel went 1-1 in a pair of non-conference games.
Baker posted 17 ground balls and six caused turnovers, both of which are tied for fifth-most in team history, in Thiel's 20-2 win over La Roche Tuesday. Baker added three goals and an assist for 4 points in the triumph.
Baker also caused a pair of turnovers against Keuka Thursday before leaving the game early with injury.
Men's Lacrosse is back in action Saturday for a noon non-conference tilt at Hilbert.
