GREENVILLE, Pa. (Feb. 12) -- Thiel College Women's Lacrosse players Shayla Foster (East Liverpool, Ohio/East Liverpool), Aidrianna Green (East Liverpool, Ohio/East Liverpool), Makayla Hall (Atlantic, Pa./Conneaut Area), and Hayden Wightman (Pittsburgh, Pa./Shaler) were named Players to Watch by the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) for the upcoming 2026 season.

Foster, a senior, started in all 16 games for the Tomcats last season. On the defensive end, she caused 13 turnovers and scooped up 18 ground balls. 

Green, a senior, leads the returners with 17 caused turnovers as she started all 16 contests for Thiel as well. She picked up 26 ground balls and scored one goal in 2025. 

Hall, a senior, appeared in 13 games last season where she placed three shots on goal and picked up five ground balls. 

Wightman, a senior, leads the returners on the attacking end with 21 goals in her 2025 campaign. She dished out seven assists for a total of 28 points, picked up 18 ground balls, and shot 43% on goal. 

The Tomcats were also picked to finish seventh in the Preseason Coaches' Poll. Grove City was picked as the league favorites with eight first-place votes and 89 points. Coming in second place was Washington and Jefferson, who secured the final two first-place vote and totaled 76 points, just ahead of PAC runner-up third-place Chatham College, who scored 74 points.
