MEADVILLE, Pa. -- The Thiel College Men's and Women's Cross Country programs competed in the 2025 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championships hosted by Allegheny College Saturday morning.

Senior Nathaniel Turner (Conneaut Lake, Pa./Conneaut Area) placed 18th out of 100 runners to claim Honorable Mention status with a time of 28:31.90 in the men's 8k. Turners placing is the best by a Tomcat since 2021 when Chad Pakozdi placed 17th with a time of 29:12.58.

Cooper Riley (Jamestown, Pa./Jamestown) placed 37th with a time of 29:45.10 and Andrew Yocum (Boardman, Ohio/Boardman) placed 82nd with a time of 33:01.10.

In the women's 6k, Brooke Griffith (Chicora, Pa./Karns City) placed 103rd and ran a 31:45.40 while freshman Savannah Schill (New Castle, Pa./Neshannock) placed 111th and ran a 34:12.60. 

The Cross Country teams are back in action Saturday, November 15th when they compete at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.
