HIRAM, Ohio – The Thiel College women's volleyball team dropped a non-conference game to the Hiram Terriers, 3-0, on the road Tuesday night.

Hiram won in straight sets 25-18, 27-25, 25-18.

Thiel was led by Daisy Jenness (Pendleton, Ore./Pendleton) who notched 14 kills. Danielle Aulet (Lawrence, Kansas/Mineral Ridge) recorded 13 digs and five service aces. Arin DeLattre (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield) recorded five kills, while Carlie Reynolds (Grove City, Pa./Grove City Area) recorded 24 assists.

Hiram was led by Sydney Wenzel who recorded nine kills and 14 digs. Brooke Norris recorded 16 digs, while Brooke Fishback recorded 18 assists.

The Tomcats will return to action on Friday when they travel to Allegheny to play in the Allegheny Gator Invitational. The match against the Gators will begin at 4 p.m.
