GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College women's volleyball team defeated the Franciscan Barons, 3-0, inside Maenpa Court at Beeghly Gymnasium Wednesday night.
Thiel won by set scores of 26-24, 25-22, 25-19.
Thiel was led by
Daisy Jenness (Pendleton, Ore./Pendleton) who recorded 19 kills.
Lyndzee Amory (Edinboro, Pa./Saegertown) recorded 10 kills, while
Arin DeLattre (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield) recorded two service aces and two blocks.
Kelly Peplowski (Hubbard, Ohio/Ursuline) also recorded two blocks. Carlie Reybolds recorded 43 assists, while
Danielle Aulet (Lawrence, Kansas/Mineral Ridge) recorded 19 digs.
Erica Gregory (Clinton Township, Mich./Fraser) also recorded eight kills and 19 digs.
Franciscan was led by Mary Jean Cadman who recorded 10 kills and two blocks. Grace Wallace recorded one service aces and 14 assists, while Sara Moore recorded a game-high 29 digs.

Jenness and Amory talked about the Tomcats evening their PAC schedule at 2-2.
Thiel returns to conference play on Saturday when they travel to Grove City. The PAC match is slated to begin at 1 p.m.
