GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College women's volleyball team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match to the Grove City Wolverines Wednesday night at Maenpa Court at Beeghly Gymnasium, 3-0.
Grove City won in straight sets 25-19, 25-22, 25-15.
Daisy Jenness (Pendleton, Ore./Pendleton) led the Tomcats with 10 kills.
Arin DeLattre (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield) recorded nine kills, five blocks and five digs.
Erica Gregory (Clinton Township, Mich./Fraser) contributed 11 digs and seven kills.
Carlie Reynolds (Grove City, Pa./Grove City Area) tallied a match-best 20 digs while
Taegan Geiser (Holmesville, Ohio/Waynedale) notched 17 assists.
Eloise Sutter and Alayna Dorst led Grove City with 10 kills apiece.
Madison Murray (Bristolville, Ohio/Maplewood) and
Sarah Orr (Conneaut Lake, Pa./Conneaut Area) were honored prior to the match during Senior Night.
The Tomcats will face the Franciscan Barons on the road Saturday. The PAC match is set to begin at 1 p.m.
