GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College women's volleyball team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) game to the Saint Vincent Bearcats, 3-0, Saturday afternoon at Maenpa Court at Beeghly Gymnasium.
The Bearcats won in straight sets 25-16, 25-20, 25-22.
Thiel was led by
Daisy Jenness (Pendleton, Ore./Pendleton), who recorded 16 kills and two blocks.
Erica Gregory (Clinton Township, Mich./Fraser) recorded 12 kills and 17 digs, while
Taegan Geiser (Holmesville, Ohio/Waynedale) led the team with 20 assists.
Carlie Reynolds (Grove City, Pa./Grove City Area) tallied a game-high 33 digs.
Saint Vincent was led by Luciana Polk who recorded 15 kills and 14 digs. Madie Eagler recorded a game-high 27 assists, while Stacie Ramos recorded a team-high 16 digs.
The Tomcats are back in action on Tuesday when they host the Geneva Golden Tornadoes. The PAC game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
