BEAVER FALLS, Pa. – The Thiel College men's volleyball team lost an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) match on the road Saturday to the Geneva Golden Tornadoes, 3-0.
 
Geneva won by set scores of 25-12, 25-18, 25-14.
 
Zac Smith (Pittsburgh, Pa./Keystone Oaks) led the Tomcats with a match-best 10 kills while also contributing four digs. Jonathan Burkley (Waterford, Pa./Fort LeBoeuf) notched eight kills and four digs while Nick Koorsen (Glenshaw, Pa./Shaler Area) handed out 20 assists.
 
Thiel will face the Saint Vincent Bearcats on the road Sunday. The AMCC contest will begin at 3 p.m.
