BETHANY, W.Va. – The Thiel College women's volleyball team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match on the road Tuesday to the Bethany Bison, 3-0.
 
Bethany won in straight sets 25-20, 25-20, 25-21.
 
Maria Torres (Boardman, Ohio/Boardman) paced the Tomcats with 11 kills and eight digs. Kylee Eaton (Parker, Pa./AC Valley) recorded 10 digs and seven kills. Danielle Aulet (Austintown, Ohio/Mineral Ridge) registered 27 assists and six digs while Abby Triskett (Orwell, Ohio/Grand Valley) notched eight digs.
 
Jess Moore led the Bison with 15 kills and six digs. Destiny Goodnight and Emma Marthins contributed nine and eight kills, respectively. Alaina Torres tallied 37 assists while Brooke Corley notched 13 digs.
 
The Tomcats will host the Geneva Golden Tornadoes Thursday at Beeghly Gymnasium. The PAC match will start at 7 p.m.
