GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College men's basketball team lost a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contest to Chatham University at Beeghly Gymnasium Wednesday night, 69-48.
 
The Cougars opened the game with a 2-0 advantage and went wire to wire with the lead to pick up the road conference win.
Chatham led by 13 to end the first half, 38-25. The Tomcats were unable to close the gap in the second half as the Cougars continued to build their lead and led by as many as 24 points. Chatham closed the game out knocking down a pair of three-pointers late to hand Thiel the conference loss.
 
Alonzo Brown (Largo, Fla./Pinellas Park) was the only Tomcat in double-figures with 10 points while 
Terrance Holloway (Farrell, Pa./Farrell) grabbed a team-high nine rebounds.
 
For the Cougars Isaiah Brown scored a game-high 20 points. He went 4-of-5 from beyond the arc and added six assists on the night.
Thiel will host Grove City Saturday at 3 p.m.
