CRESSON, Pa. – The Thiel College men's soccer team was defeated 3-1 Sunday by the Mount Aloysius Mounties.
 
Graham Hunter gave the Mounties an early lead on a pass from Tevin Beadle. Thiel responded with a goal late in the first half by Gino Graffia (Pittsburgh, Pa./Brentwood) to force a 1-1 tie at the break.
 
Domity Dahn and Dwayne Andre Thorpe each scored a goal for the Mounties in the second half to secure the non-conference victory.
 
Christian Conrad (Barberton, Ohio/Central Catholic) made four saves for the Tomcats. James Eyre made eight saves for the Mounties.
 
Thiel (3-3) will take on the Medaille Mavericks on the road Wednesday. The non-conference contest is scheduled to begin at noon.
