GREENVILLE, Pa. – Edward Kargbo (Alexandria, Va./T.C. Williams) recorded eight points on four goals and four assists Tuesday afternoon to lead the Thiel Tomcats to an 18-5 non-conference victory over the Muskingum Fighting Muskies at the Rissell-Schreyer Dome.
 
Kargbo scored four goals on six shots. He also tallied four groundballs. Also for Thiel, Kyle Reib (Erie, Pa./McDowell) scored four goals while Brennen O'Shea (Cranberry Township, Pa./Seneca Valley) scored three goals and added an assist. Shawndel Evans II (New Haven, Conn./Notre Dame) also tallied four points on two goals and two assists.
 
The Tomcats improved to 4-0 with Tuesday's win.
 
Charles Wistner (Buffalo, N.Y./Orchard Park) earned his fourth win of the season after making seven saves in 30 minutes of first-half action. Cole O'Connor (Midlothian, Va./James River) denied four shots for the Tomcats in the second half. Phillip Dappen made 16 saves for Muskingum.
 
Tucker Haas paced the Muskies with three goals.
 
Thiel will take on the Alfred State Pioneers on the road Wednesday. The non-conference game is slated to begin at 5 p.m.
