GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College men's volleyball team dropped a three-set match (18-25, 14-25, 22-25) to the No. 10 ranked Stevenson University Mustangs in a Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) contest Saturday night.
Nate Roche (Cochranton, Pa./Cochranton) recorded nine digs, five kills and a block in the match.
Cody Patterson (Canonsburg, Pa./Canon-McMillan) had six kills for the Tomcats while
Regan Hess (Burlington, Wis./Wetosha Central) notched five kills and four blocks.
Zach Rombach (Severn, Md./Archbishop Spalding) dished out 16 assists and
Jeffrey Coffy (Castle Shannon, Pa./Keystone Oaks) dug out six Mustang attacks.
Michael Fehrs had a match-high 15 kills for the Mustangs.
The Tomcats will return to action on Friday, Feb. 26 when they travel to Langhorne, Pa. to take on the Cairn Highlanders in a CVC match. The match is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
