CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. – The Thiel College women's volleyball team suffered a three set defeat to the Thomas More Saints, 21-25, 12-25, 12-25, in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) matchup Monday.

Peyton Allen (Mineral Ridge, Ohio/Mineral Ridge) led the Tomcats with seven kills and eight digs. Shelby Friedel (Columbia Station, Ohio/Columbia) notched five kills while Lenora Boyer (Delaware, Ohio/Delaware Christian) picked up four kills with two service aces.

Jenny Shelley (Port Allegany, Pa./Port Allegany) dished out 11 assists while adding seven digs and two service aces.

Hayley Macko (Canal Fulton, Ohio/Northwest) dug out eight attacks in the back row.

Madison Krumpelman had a game-high 11 kills for the Saints.

The Tomcats will host the Chatham Cougars for a conference match on Wednesday at Beeghly Gymnasium. The match is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
