CRESSON, Pa. – The Mount Aloysius Mounties scored three early goals Saturday en route to a 5-1 non-conference victory over the Thiel Tomcats.
Dominic Walker (Kent, Ohio/Field) got the Tomcats back into the game when he scored his team-leading seventh goal of the season at the 64:30 mark on a pass from
John Thiel (Pickerington, Ohio/Bishop Hartley). However, the Mounties went on to score two more goals down the stretch to earn the 5-1 win.
Kevin Ouellette scored two goals for Mount Aloysius while Molia Sesay recorded two assists.
Dalton Young (Salem, Ohio/West Branch) made five saves in the loss for the Tomcats. Justin Hann made six saves for the Mounties in 81 minutes of work.
The Tomcats will host the Medaille Mavericks Tuesday at Alumni Stadium. The contest is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
