BETHANY, W.Va. – Wide receiver
Paul Jones (New Castle, Pa./New Castle) caught two second-half touchdown passes Saturday night, but the Thiel Tomcats were defeated by the Bethany Bison at Bison Stadium, 51-16.
Both of Jones' touchdown grabs came in the third quarter on six-yard passes from
Ryan Radke (Lancaster, N.Y./Lancaster Central). On the night, Radke completed 19-of-37 passes, two of which were touchdown throws, for 191 yards. He also ran for 49 yards on 17 carries.

Evan Imgrund (Claysburg, Pa./Claysburg Kimmel) carried 13 times for 37 yards while
Alex Horvatits (Lancaster, N.Y./Saint Mary's ) led the Tomcats with five receptions for 60 yards.
Eric Blinn led the Bison with 12 catches for 185 yards. He caught three touchdown passes and scored another touchdown on the ground on a 5-yard run. Lincon Reyes completed 16 passes on the night for 244 yards. Twelve of his passes were completed to Blinn, including three touchdown strikes.
Doak Walker Jr. (Canton, Ohio/Canton McKinley) led the Tomcats on defense with seven tackles while
Reily Shane (Tarentum, Pa./Highlands) had six tackles and a sack.
The Tomcats (1-1) will travel to Crestview Hills, Ky., Saturday to take on the Thomas More Saints (2-0). Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m.
