Polar Bears top Tomcats

ADA, Ohio – The Thiel College men's soccer team was defeated on the road Friday night 9-0 by the Ohio Northern University Polar Bears.
 
Matt Kinkopf led the Polar Bears with three goals.
 
Dalton Young (Salem, Ohio/West Branch) and Trey Roller (Girard, Ohio/Ursuline) combined for six saves for the Tomcats. Dean McNeil made two saves to earn the shutout for the Polar Bears.
 
Thiel will return to action Saturday against Defiance at Ada, Ohio. The contest is set to begin at 5 p.m.
