GREENVILLE, Pa. – Mike Bryant (Cleveland, Ohio/Cleveland Heights) scored three goals and Ryan Weldon (Centereach, N.Y./Newfield) made 15 saves to lead the Thiel Tomcats to a 9-6 road win over the La Roche Redhawks Wednesday.
 
All of Bryant's goals were unassisted and his hat trick marker, scored early in the fourth quarter, eventually counted as the game-winner. Zachary Macurak (Bethel Park, Pa./Bethel Park) (1G, 1A) and Sam Raymond (Davis Park N.Y./Bellport Senior) (2A) also record multi-point games for the Tomcats.
 
Weldon made 15 saves in 60 minutes to improve to 7-2 on the season. Isaiah Wilson made 17 saves for the Redhawks.
 
Jon Monahan paced La Roche with two goals and two assists (4 points).
 
Thiel (7-2, 2-0 ORLC) will host Defiance in an Ohio River Lacrosse Conference clash at the Rissell-Schreyer Dome Saturday at 11 a.m.
