GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Thiel College women's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 (25-20, 25-20, 25-20) Presidents' Athletic Conference contest Saturday to the Thomas More Saints.
 
Jenny Shelley (Port Allegany, Pa./Port Allegany) earned her ninth double-double of the season with 17 assists and 10 digs. Alex Hall (Norwin, Pa./Norwin) and Veronica Brueggman (South Park, Pa./South Park) each had five kills while Hall dug out 19 shots. Lauren Downs (Mentor, OH/Mentor) collected 17 digs for the Tomcats.
 
Stacy Howell and Felicity Britt had 12 and 11 kills for the Saints, respectively, while Jenna Fessler handed out a game-high 35 assists.
 
The Tomcats (9-15, 6-7 PAC) will be back in action Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. when they travel to New Wilmington, Pa. to take on the Westminster Titans.
