BETHANY, W.Va. – The Thiel College women's volleyball team was defeated by the Bethany Bison 3-0 (25-15, 25-12, 25-18) in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) contest Thursday.

Alex Hall (Norwin, Pa./Norwin) had eight kills for the Tomcats and added two service aces while Lenora Boyer (Delaware, Ohio/Delaware Christian) had four kills. Lauren . Downs had 15 digs and Jenny Shelley (Port Allegany, Pa./Port Allegany) recorded 15 assists.

Dakota and Dylana McKenzie each registered 11 and nine kills for the Bison. Mackenzie Lauber handed out 28 assists.

The Tomcats (9-14, 6-6 PAC) will return home Saturday, Oct. 18 to take on the Thomas More Saints. The match is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. at Beeghly Gymnasium.
