HAMBURG, N.Y. – The Thiel College men's soccer team played to a 1-1 tie Wednesday against Hilbert College.
 
Rory Duncan (Chardon, Ohio/Chardon) staked the Tomcats to an early 1-0 lead 13:32 into the contest when he booted a pass from Tanner Mesing (Freedom, Pa./Freedom) into the net.
 
Jonathan Davison tied up the contest, 1-1, at the 66:50 mark of the match when he knocked in a rebound off of a Mario Williams shot.
 
Andrew Hindman (Dunedin, Fla./Dunedin) made 15 saves for the Tomcats.
 
Thiel's record now stands at 4-4-1. The Tomcats will travel to Salem, W.Va., Saturday for a 4 p.m. contest against Salem International.
