NEW CONCORD, Ohio – The Thiel College men's tennis squad suffered an 8-1 non-conference setback against Muskingum University Sunday afternoon.

Thiel's (0-5) lone individual match winner was Zach Kubec (Geneva, Ohio, Geneva), who earned his first collegiate win at third singles by defeating Muskingum's Yash Lalwani 8-3 (proset).

The Tomcats return to Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) play on Wednesday, March 30 when they travel to Bethany College for a 4 p.m. match.
