GREENVILLE, Pa. (December 11, 2009) -- After suffering tough defeats in three of their first for matches of the night, the Thiel College wrestling team rallied back to take the Waynesburg Yellowjackets down, 17-16.

Sophomore 157 pounder, Matt Lowry (Smithfield, Pa./Albert Gallatin), started the Tomcats' turnaround, as he gained a 9-0 major decision over Waynesburg's Garrett Johnston.  Alec Miller (Transfer, Pa./Grove City), Brice Mertiff, and Isaac Moore all followed suite with victories, putting the dual just out of the Yellowjackets' reach.
