Wolverines hold Tomcats scoreless for PAC win

GREENVILLE, Pa. (Oct. 6, 2009) – Grove City used a pair of second half goals to break open a tight match, to down Thiel College, 3-0, in men's soccer action Tuesday afternoon.

The decision dropped Thiel to 5-7-1 on the season and 0-1 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference. Grove City raised its record to 4-6-1, while evening its PAC tally at 1-1.

Tomcat goalkeeper Tom Lange (Poland, Ohio/Poland Seminary) (Poland, Ohio/Poland Seminary) notched seven saves in the loss.

Thiel returns to action on Friday when they visit Saint Vincent College.
