Crestview Hills, Ky (October 14, 2009) -- The Thiel College men's soccer team dropped their ninth game of the season, 1-5, to the Saints of Thomas More College.

Luck seemed to be on the Tomcat's side when junior goalkeeper, Tom Lange (Poland, Ohio/Poland Seminary) (Poland, Ohio/Poland Seminary) blasted an 80 yard free kick to the back of the Saints goal less than five minutes into the contest to put the 'Cats up by one.

The Saints didn't flinch in the face of early adversity however, as they went on to score five unanswered goals over the next 85 minutes of soccer.

The men return to action Saturday, October 17 for a 3 p.m. home match up against the Bethany College Bison.
