Before Thiel

Wooster (2013-21)

Bauman spent nine seasons as the linebackers coach at the College of Wooster and served as defensive coordinator from 2015-21 after coordinating the special teams during the 2013 and 2014 seasons.

Bauman joined a new Wooster coaching staff in 2013 that helped transform a two-win program into a seven-win team in its first season.
