Greg Liberty was named defensive line coach in August 2018.
Liberty served as a defensive and special teams analyst with Division I (FCS) Sam Houston State University during the 2017 season. He was also a training camp intern coach with the NFL's Arizona Cardinals in 2017.

Liberty was a varsity high school assistant in Tennessee from 2004 through 2016. He served in the United States Army from 1993 through 2003.

Liberty was a letter-winning linebacker for Division I Temple University. He earned a bachelor's degree in public management and a minor in health and human performance from Austin Peay State University.
