Calvin Toliver was named pass game coordinator and quarterbacks coach in August 2018.
Toliver spent the 2017 season in the same capacity at Cheyney University. He served as the wide receivers coach at Cheyney in 2016.
In 2015, Toliver served as quarterbacks coach at Delaware Valley University. He was the pass game coordinator and worked with the wide receivers and defensive backs at Valley Forge Military Academy in 2014.
Toliver played quarterback and wide receiver for the Indoor Football League's Wenatchee Venom during the 2011 season. A native of Atlanta, Ga., Toliver played two seasons with Division I (FCS) Delaware State University. Toliver graduated from Delaware State University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in history and a minor in political science.
