Biography

2018: Started 36 games and batted .338, both ranked third-highest for the Tomcats on the year. Hudecek led the Tomcats in five offensive categories including homeruns (7), RBIs (27), total bases (79), slugging percentage (.608) and runs scored (35), all of which were new career highs. Hudecek earned his first All-PAC honors in 2018 as he selected to All-PAC first team. Hudecek also was named to the D3baseball.com’s Team of the Week and PAC Player of the Week for his performance the week of March 26. During the week Hudecek went 7-for-11 (.636) at the plate last week with a double, a triple and a home run. He recorded six RBIs on the week, scored five runs and owned an on-base percentage of .764.
