Biography

2011 – Double was named to the Capital One Academic All-District Team...Was selected to the PAC Honorable Mention Team...Double appeared in 38 games with 37 starts...5th in the PAC for doubles (12)...2nd in the PAC in walks (23)...2nd for Thiel in on base percentage (.444)...went 3-4 with 2 RBI and 2 doubles at Allegheny College on April 7.

2010 – Double started all 40 games during the 2010 campaign... was 3rd on the team in hits (47), batting average (.333) and on base percentage (.404) and 4th on the team in slugging percentage (.404)... led the team in doubles with 10... also 3rd on the team in runs scored with 27 and 4th on the team in runs batted in with 26...went 4-5 with 3 doubles and 4 RBI against Penn State Behrend on April 16 and 4-6 with 5 RBI and a double against Geneva on April 30.

2009 – During his freshman season, Double appeared in 16 games while earning two starts… With a .400 batting average, Double recorded six hits as well as one triple… Phil received PAC Academic Honor Roll honors.
