GREENVILLE, Pa. (Aug. 24) -- Thiel College Athletics has announced its Blue-Gold Homecoming Fall Scramble, set for Friday, Sept. 25 at Pine Hills Golf Course in Greenville.

One of the featured events of Thiel's Homecoming Weekend, the outing will bring together Tomcat alumni, friends, community members and supporters for a day of golf while raising funds to support Thiel's more than 600 student-athletes across 24 varsity programs.

Registration will begin at 10 a.m., followed by an 11 a.m. shotgun start. The outing will include lunch at the turn, along with dinner, prizes and contests throughout the day.

Registration is $90 for an individual golfer and $360 for a foursome. Individuals who do not register as part of a foursome will be paired with other golfers.

Proceeds from the outing will directly support the Thiel student-athlete experience, including equipment, team travel, recruiting and other resources for Tomcat athletic programs.

A variety of sponsorship opportunities are also available for businesses, alumni and friends of Thiel Athletics. Sponsorship packages range from $100 hole sponsorships to the $15,000 title sponsorship and include opportunities for recognition through event signage, promotional materials and other benefits.

Sponsorship levels of $1,000 and above include a hole-sign sponsorship, one year of website recognition, recognition in press releases and promotional materials, the opportunity to provide an item for golfer goodie bags, a sponsor recognition plaque and the opportunity to renew the sponsorship for the following year.
