TRAFFORD, Pa. (June 17) -- 88 Thiel College student-athletes have been named to the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Spring Academic Honor Roll, the league office announced Wednesday morning.

The 88 student-athletes represent the second most Tomcats in school history on the Spring Academic Honor Roll, just narrowly being beaten out by the 95 Tomcats who earned Spring Academic Honor Roll status in 2020. The Cats placed 84 student-athletes on the honor roll last spring.

The PAC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes on varsity sports teams who have earned a GPA of 3.6 or higher on a 4.0 scale during their semester of competition.

Sports included in the PAC Academic Honor Roll for the Spring 2026 semester that Thiel students have participated in are: BASE (baseball); MBB (men's basketball); MGLF (men's golf); MITF (men's indoor track and field); MLAX (men's lacrosse); MOTF (men's outdoor track and field); MTEN (men's tennis); MVB (men's volleyball); WBB (women's basketball); WGLF (women's golf); SOFT (softball); WITF (women's indoor track and field); WLAX (women's lacrosse); WOTF (women's outdoor track and field); and WRES (wrestling).

Baseball led the pack for Thiel with 19 student-athletes selected while Softball had 12 and Women's Basketball placed 10. Men's Volleyball and Men's Indoor/Outdoor Track & Field had nine honorees each while Wrestling had eight named to the Spring Academic Honor Roll. 

Men's Tennis and Men's Golf each had five make the list while Men's Basketball, Men's Lacrosse and Women's Lacrosse all had four. Women's Golf placed two while Women's Track and Field had one.
