TRAFFORD, Pa. (May 5) -- Thiel College Men's Lacrosse freshman
Dom Baker (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Mechanicsburg) was named to the All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Honorable Mention team Tuesday evening.
Baker is the first Tomcat freshman since JJ Raab in 2018 to make an All-Conference team.
Baker was fourth in the PAC with 37 caused turnovers, the third-most in program history. His 98 ground balls were fifth-best in the conference and fourth-most in school history. Baker had at least one caused turnover in all but two games on the year and caused multiple turnovers in 10 contests.
The freshman grabbed 17 ground balls and caused six turnovers in a 20-2 win over La Roche on Feb. 24, both of which are tied for fifth-most in Tomcat history. He added three goals and an assist in the win. Baker also logged six caused turnovers against Hiram on April 4.
Baker netted 10 goals on the year and distributed three helpers.
