GREENVILLE, Pa. (July 30) -- Thiel College Women's Tennis Head Coach Anthony Kobak announced the Tomcats' 2025 fall schedule Wednesday morning. Thiel will have eight Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) matches along with a quadrant of non-conference clashes.

Thiel opens the season Sept. 5 at Clarion in a non-PAC match before heading to New Wilmington the following Friday to open its conference slate at Westminster.

The Tomcats will host Baldwin Wallace in their home opener at Tomcat Tennis Courts on Sept. 13. The Blue and Gold's home PAC opener will be against Allegheny on Sept. 17.

Back-to-back road matches at Washington and Jefferson (Sept. 18) and Grove City (Sept. 20) precludes a three-game PAC homestretch with Saint Vincent (Sept. 25), Waynesburg (Sept. 30) and Geneva (Oct. 3). Thiel closes its PAC matches at Franciscan on Oct. 4.

The Tomcats defeated Waynesburg 4-3 last season for their ninth consecutive series victory over the Yellow Jackets.

Thiel closes the 2025 fall regular season with home matches against Ursuline (Oct. 7) and La Roche (Sept. 10). The Blue and Gold topped Ursuline 4-3 last season for their second consecutive series triumph. The clash with La Roche will be the Tomcats' senior day.

The Tomcats posted a 2-12 overall record and 1-7 mark in PAC play in 2024.
