GREENVILLE, Pa. -- Thiel College Women's Indoor Track & Field athlete Imogen deBlois (Hubbard, Ohio/Howland) tabbed the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Newcomer of the Week honors Tuesday afternoon. 

deblois placed 5th in the 400m and 27th in the 200m at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational this past weekend.  

Her time of 1:00.21 in the 400m made her the top Division III runner in a deep 50-competitor field, and 3rd in the 200m with a time of 27.51. 

Both times recorded at YSU are ranked as her personal bests for her career.  

deblois is currently ranked second in the PAC for the indoor season, and eighth in the Mid-Atlantic Region.  

Thiel's Indoor Track and Field teams are back in action on Friday, February 7th, when they travel to Oberlin, Ohio for the Dan Kinsey Invitational.
