GROVE CITY, Pa. (Oct. 6) -- The Thiel College Women's Golf team placed 9th of 10 teams at the Grove City Invitational from Grove City CC Monday evening in its final event before next week's Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Fall Championships.

Kelsi Hefner (Meadville, Pa./Meadville) paced the Tomcats as she tied for 36th in the 65-player field. She logged four pars for the round as she shot a 97.

Emily Eutsey (Jones Mills, Pa./Mount Pleasant) carded a 104 with one par to tie for 46th. Megan Bull (Hermitage, Pa./Hickory) (53rd) fired a 110 while Grascen Reyburn (Franklin, Pa./Rocky Grove) (56th) shot a 112.

The Tomcats will take part in the PAC Fall Championships next Monday and Tuesday from Avalon at Squaw Creek in Vienna, Ohio.
