GREENVILLE, Pa. (Oct. 2) -- Thiel College Athletics' annual Blue-Golf Fall Homecoming Scramble last Friday at Pine Hill Golf Course was a resounding success that brought over 100 alums to campus for a fun-filled exciting afternoon of golf.
"We are incredibly grateful to all of our alumni, friends and sponsors who made this year's Blue-Gold Homecoming Scramble such a success,"
Isaac Collins, Director of Athletics, said. "With great weather and 25 foursomes on the course, we not only raised vital support for nearly 500 student-athletes and 22 sports, but we also got to experience what truly makes Thiel College unique—the people. The spirit, camaraderie and generosity of our Tomcat family continues to inspire us, and we are proud to have such a strong community standing behind Thiel Athletics."
The winning foursome of Bryce Stubert, Josh Stubert, Nate Stuyvasant and Justin Stuyvasant fired a 58.
Tim Fox, George Sterner, Josh Cummings and George Joseph finished second with a 59 while David Teufel, Rick Freeburg, Jeff Sorenson and Bob Leuenberger placed third with a 60.

Hole 14 - Rich Bancroft
Hole 17 - Philip Kunsa
For the longest drive, Carl Finkbeiner was the winner on hole 12 while Todd DuPreo hold the longest put on No. 9.
